Can I exercise at home?
Yes. The catalogue includes home workouts, warm-ups, stretching and yoga. Read each lesson’s equipment and space requirements before you begin.
What is included in membership?
Weekly training lessons, the workout catalogue, day-by-day meal plans, guided Relax audio, activity records, and fasting and weight history.
Does the questionnaire choose my workouts?
The four questions let you review your preferences. They do not select or adapt workout lessons or meal plans. Your answers clear when you leave or reload the questionnaire.
How do the trials renew?
The 30-day trial is $4.99 for the first 30 days, then automatically $4.99 per week. The 7-day trial is $0.99 for the first 7 days, then automatically $9.99 per week. All prices are in USD.
Can I join now?
Existing Sportycore members can access their account through Log in. Membership payments are not available on this website.
